Acacia from the Acacia genus of trees and shrubs native to Australia, Asia, the Pacific Islands, Africa and parts of North and South America. There are more than a thousand different varieties of Acacia tree. The hardwood that is derived from the tree is suitable for building long-lasting items of furniture.

Jasper is predominantly brick red, veined or patterned with brown, black and beige, often with clear crystal inclusions. In the US jasper is found in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, California, Arizona, Utah, Arkansas, and Texas
